• Each quote is assigned a unique link that allows easy sharing and retrieval.
• Quotes remain valid for up to three months, ensuring ample time for decision-making and budget approval.
• When ready, you can use the quote link to finalize your purchase using a credit card or a purchase order.
• Individuals with access to the quote link and a Gimkit account can proceed with the payment.
• During checkout, you can add invoice recipients and designate additional group managers who will assist with administrative tasks.

Payment & Activation

• Licenses remain active for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Auto-renewal is not available, so renewal must be done manually each year.
